had a great time at pontins brean sands, really enjoyed the indoor n outdoor play areas for kids. the staff were super friendly n always helped when we asked questions. our chalet was clean n spacious, perfect for a family. entertainment was good for all ages with plenty to do every day.

the wifi was pretty slow n the park could use some sprucing up, saw some weeds around. also, some of the arcades weren't working which was a bummer for the kids.

we stayed just a few steps from Brean Beach, making it perfect for leisurely strolls along the coast while enjoying views of the sea, and we loved how the nearby Uphill Local Nature Reserve provided a lovely escape into nature, ideal for walking and exploring.

Traveling 200 miles to stay in a so-called apartment turned out to be disappointing. The 'chalet' was dusty, with filthy appliances and a bathroom that was falling apart, complete with woodlice. While having a theme park nearby was enjoyable for the kids, the poor condition of the accommodation led us to seek family outings just to escape.
